To get a personal packing video of your order on TIKTOK follow these steps:
Add all items you want to buy to your cart.
Go to your shopping cart and you will find an extra space for special requests.
Type in that you would like to have a packing video for TIKTOK.

Please note that we receive many packing video requests per day so the posting time of your packing video might take up to 1-5 days.
Due to high order volume it might happen that we can not fulfill your packing video request for TIKTOK. We do always give our best to do so :)
Please note that we might will not fulfill your packing video request when you only commented your request on one of our videos. Unfortunately we not always see all comments on our TIKTOK so please always leave a note at checkout for packing video requests :)
Yes. To start a return please follow these steps:
1. Contact us on info@vanyka.com to request a return.
2. Make sure to leave your full name + order number in the return mail.
3. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
4. Please note that VANYKA is not responsible for the shipping costs for returned orders and is not responsible for lost returns (when sent without tracking).
Once your return package is on the way back to our office the return process has started. When the return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows DELIVERED. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
We offer PayPal, Credit- & Debit Cards, Apple Pay, Giro Pay & Klarna Sofort
*please note that if you are using Giro Pay or Klarna Sofort it might take up to 1-5 business days (depending on your bank) for the payment being transferred. We only receive your order in our system once the payment was successfully transferred to us. You will see your payment immediately on your bank statement which means the transaction was successful and is being transferred to us. This might take up to 1-5 business days depending on your bank.
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to info@vanyka.com with your information and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 60 day return window cannot be returned or refunded.
