These materials are hypoallergenic which means they are nickel- lead & cadmium free (see info about 925 sterling silver below). Please note that allergic reaction can still appear if you have a silver allergy. In that case we recommend seeing a doctor and stop wearing the jewelry. 925 sterling silver is not entirely allergy-free. Although it's 92.5% pure silver and mostly hypoallergenic, the remaining 7.5% typically contains nickel or copper. Some people may experience allergic reactions, particularly to nickel. Symptoms can include itching, redness or swelling where the silver touches the skin. Our claw clips are made from eco-friendly & plastic-free cellulose acetate which you should keep away from fire.
